We are highly selective in who we hire, so you can feel confident in the care you receive. Our passionate, licensed professionals specialize in anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, child therapy, and more. Our mission is to ensure skillful and compassionate mental healthcare is within reach of every Utahn. We do this by accepting every available insurance in Utah (if we don't accept your plan yet, we're working on it!) and by creating an inviting atmosphere for in-person services and online services for those needing it.
